If you have experience working on mixed caseload of planning applications, from householder up to small majors – this could be the role for you.
This authority is looking for a Senior Planner to have experience with up to 30 units and hit the ground running.
In an ideal world they would like the suitable Planner to come into the office twice a week to be with the team (though this is not a deal breaker!)
The rate will depend on previous experience, happy to hear your expectations on this.
You have the security of a 6 month contract, which is likely to be extended beyond this!
