The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of planning consultancy work, including:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-profile projects

• Conducting site appraisals and preparing planning statements

• Engaging with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders

• Contributing to business development and client relationships

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds (or is working towards) MRTPI status

• Has solid experience within a planning consultancy or local authority setting

• Is confident, proactive, and enjoys working on a variety of projects

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for planning
