The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Experience handling a wide range of planning issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
- A proactive and motivated approach, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work and building lasting client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert commercial planning advice to clients
- Preparing high-quality reports and planning submissions
- Managing and liaising with technical consultants
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Engaging proactively with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
- Representing client interests throughout the planning process
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Rugby office
