The Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing a wide variety of planning projects and supporting clients through all stages of the planning process. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

Managing client relationships and liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders
-
Undertaking site appraisals and preparing planning reports and statements
-
Providing strategic planning advice to clients

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining client relationships
About You:
-
MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
-
4–7 years of planning experience, ideally within consultancy or a development led environment
-
Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the UK planning system
-
Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-
Confident, commercially minded, and motivated by career progression
