The Role:
As a Town Planner, you will be involved in a variety of exciting planning projects from inception through to determination. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessments
-
Providing clear, concise planning advice to clients and stakeholders
-
Engaging with local planning authorities and community stakeholders
-
Supporting senior colleagues on larger, more complex schemes
About You:
-
RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent in Town Planning or a related discipline
-
1–3 years’ post-graduate experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organisational and analytical abilities
-
Enthusiastic, team-oriented and commercially aware
