The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you’ll assist with the full planning process, from early research and site appraisals through to submissions and client liaison. Key responsibilities will include:

Helping to prepare planning applications, supporting statements, and related documentation

Conducting policy and site research
-
Assisting with local authority engagement and stakeholder consultations

Monitoring and interpreting planning policy changes
-
Working under the direction of senior planners to deliver quality outcomes
About You
You are someone who:
-
Has a degree (or master’s) in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred)
-
Has up to 1 year’s relevant planning experience (could be via internship or post-graduate work)

Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Self-motivated, organised, and keen to learn
