The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a diverse mix of planning projects. Responsibilities include:

Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals.

Undertaking site appraisals, development plan representations, and planning research.

Providing professional planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to the growth of the team.
About You
We are seeking a motivated planning professional with:

RTPI Chartership (or working towards).
-
3–6 years’ planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.

Strong understanding of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
-
A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
