The Role
As an Assistant Town Planner, you will:

Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.

Assist with site appraisals, planning research, and policy analysis.

Draft planning statements, reports, and supporting documents.

Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities as part of the planning process.

Work closely with senior colleagues to gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:

A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred).

A genuine interest in UK planning, development, and policy.
-
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
