I'm working with a Staffordshire based local authority who are looking for an experienced Principal Planner to work on major applications of 2,000 units upwards.
This position has longevity of a 6 month contract and offers the flexibility of hybrid working - there is an expectation to be on site and in person meetings.
The position is paying around the £50 per hour mark - but dependant on experience!
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved working in a high performing team, high-profile schemes and play a key role in shaping major developments.
