Chartered Town Planner – The Role:
- Lead on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
- Provide professional planning advice to clients and colleagues across multiple sectors.
- Prepare high-quality reports, planning statements, and supporting documentation.
- Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Support junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
- Contribute to the growth of the planning service by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Chartered Town Planner – Requirements:
- MRTPI accredited Town Planner.
- 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within consultancy or multidisciplinary practice.
- Proven track record managing planning applications and appeals.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients.
