Are you a talented Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking consultancy? We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded planning and development practice based in London, who are expanding their team due to a strong pipeline of projects.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning advice and managing applications across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll collaborate with senior colleagues, engage with local authorities, and contribute to projects that are shaping the future of London’s built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Providing advice on planning policy and development potential
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
- Supporting senior team members on complex projects
- Conducting site appraisals and preparing planning reports
About You
- RTPI accredited degree (or working towards chartership)
- 1–4 years’ post-graduate planning experience (private or public sector)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and London policies
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
