Our client, a well-established and highly regarded town planning consultancy, is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join their busy Exeter office.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and delivering a portfolio of planning projects

Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

Offering expert advice to clients and stakeholders

Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What You’ll Need:

MRTPI status (or actively working towards chartership)

Previous experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy setting

Up-to-date knowledge of the UK planning system

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive approach and passion for planning
