Creative Recruitment are partnering with a leading global news and media organisation to deliver two key freelance hires within their London-based newsroom.
We’re looking for Mid Weight Freelance Podcast/Vodcast Producers to join a fast-paced, high-profile environment delivering editorially rigorous and technically polished content to global audiences.

What You’ll Do

Editorial Planning – Develop and manage content calendars, research topics, book guests, and write editorial briefs

Production & Editing – Record, edit, and mix podcast and vodcast episodes using industry-standard tools

Technical Execution – Oversee gallery production, manage publishing workflows, and maintain consistent output quality

Guest & Talent Management – Schedule and brief guests, support hosts and contributors (including on-camera coaching)

Quality Control & Distribution – Review final episodes, ensure editorial integrity, and distribute across major platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, etc.)
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience producing journalistic audio and video content

Strong editorial judgment and understanding of industry standards for accuracy, sourcing and balance

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition and Descript

Experience with CMS systems and podcast hosting platforms

Confidence and clarity in on-camera presentation (ideally with hosting experience)

Ability to work at pace, independently and collaboratively, within tight deadlines
Please note: This role is Inside IR35. The working pattern will be hybrid, with flexibility required for onsite days in London.
