Are you an experienced Senior Planner seeking your next exciting opportunity? I’m working with a respected and rapidly expanding planning consultancy in Leeds that is looking to strengthen its team with a talented professional.
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, diverse projects across residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors—making a tangible difference to the growth and development of the Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex planning applications and appeals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Mentor and support junior planners to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
- Stay up to date with planning legislation and policy changes.
About You
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI Chartered Membership essential).
- Proven experience handling a broad range of planning projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
