The Role 📌

Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham planning team, ensuring delivery of exceptional results across major residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration projects.

Take overall responsibility for client relationships, offering senior-level expertise and guidance.

About You 👤

MRTPI qualified with extensive post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment.

A proven track record of leading high-profile planning projects and advising major clients.

Strong business development skills with evidence of winning and growing client accounts.

Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team 💼.
