Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional planning advice across a range of sectors and project types
• Manage planning applications, reports, and supporting documentation
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Assist in the delivery of complex, nationally significant projects
• Contribute to business development opportunities and maintain commercial awareness

What You’ll Bring

• RTPI-accredited degree or relevant qualification
• Progress towards or achievement of MRTPI chartered status
• 3–4+ years’ experience in planning (consultancy or related environment)
• Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Sound knowledge of the UK planning system and associated legislation
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
