Are you a driven Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re currently working with a leading planning consultancy in Leeds who are looking to grow their established team with a talented and motivated Town Planner.

🔍 About the Role:

As a Town Planner, you’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Yorkshire and the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be truly valued.

You’ll be involved in:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders
• Conducting site appraisals and providing strategic planning advice
• Supporting senior staff on large-scale projects

✅ What We're Looking For:

We’re keen to speak with planners who are:

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)
• Experienced in either the public or private sector
• Confident communicators with strong report-writing skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
