Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and contributing to development projects from inception to completion
- Preparing comprehensive planning applications and supporting documents
- Interpreting and applying planning policies and legislation
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Providing expert advice on planning and development matters
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
- Representing clients at planning committees and appeals where necessary
- Collaborating with a team of planners, including directors and fellow colleagues
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Town Planning or Development Management
- Strong understanding of planning policies and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports and proposals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- For senior roles: significant experience and the ability to lead project teams
