Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional planning advice across a range of sectors and project types
- Manage planning applications, reports, and supporting documentation
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Assist in the delivery of complex, nationally significant projects
- Contribute to business development opportunities and maintain commercial awareness
What You’ll Bring
- RTPI-accredited degree or relevant qualification
- Progress towards or achievement of MRTPI chartered status
- 3–4+ years’ experience in planning (consultancy or related environment)
- Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the UK planning system and associated legislation
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
