Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of planning strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior planners on complex, high-profile developments.
About You
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI membership or working toward it desirable).
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about creating sustainable communities.
