Are you an experienced Senior Planner looking for your next challenge? I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established planning consultancy in Cheltenham that is seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join their growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, diverse projects across residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure sectors, helping shape sustainable development across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex planning applications and appeals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Mentor and support junior planners, helping develop their skills and experience.
- Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with planning legislation, policy changes, and market trends.
About You
- Degree in Town Planning or related discipline (Chartered RTPI membership essential).
- Proven experience managing a wide range of planning projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for creating sustainable communities.
