The Role:

You will work alongside experienced planners on high-profile projects, contributing to planning applications, research, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing planning applications, reports, and supporting documents

  • Conduct research and analysis on planning policies, site constraints, and market trends

  • Support senior planners in stakeholder engagement and client liaison

  • Contribute to masterplanning and development strategy projects

  • Keep up to date with changes in planning legislation, policy, and best practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field

  • Some practical experience in a planning role (internship, placement, or previous employment)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and research abilities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a keen interest in urban development
