We are working with a Local Authority in the South West who are seeking an experienced CIL Officer to support their team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in CIL to take ownership of the collection process and ensure compliance across the Council.

The Role:
As a CIL Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the CIL process, from identifying chargeable applications through to issuing notices, collecting payments, and supporting applicants and stakeholders. You will work closely with planning, finance, and legal colleagues to ensure correct application of the CIL Regulations.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months initially
• Rate: £45 per hour (umbrella)
• Hours: Full-time
