Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage project delivery from start to finish

• Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members

• Review and quality-check reports, submission documents, and planning strategies

About You

• MRTPI chartered

• At least 5 years’ experience in a planning consultancy environment

• Confident leader with strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
