We’re working in partnership with a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary planning and development consultancy that’s expanding its North West team. Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration, they are looking to bring on board Assistant Planners to support continued growth.

Location: North West (Manchester/Liverpool/Chester – hybrid working available)
Role: Assistant Planner
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + full benefits package

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Geography, or a related subject
  • Ideally some experience in a planning role (e.g. placement year, internship, or graduate position)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the built environment and development sector
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
