About the Role:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills while being mentored by industry experts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
• Assisting with site appraisals and feasibility studies.
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Conducting research and analysis to inform planning strategies.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A keen interest in the UK planning system and development process.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a supportive team.
