We are working with a leading Town Planning consultancy in Oxford that has built an excellent reputation within the industry over many years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a motivated Graduate Town Planner to their expanding team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established consultancy that offers structured training, mentorship from experienced planning professionals, and excellent long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications

• Support senior planners on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

• Conduct planning research and policy reviews

• Prepare reports, planning statements, and supporting documentation

• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders

• Attend site visits and planning meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop a career in planning

• Full UK driving licence preferred
