The Role

You will play a key role in delivering planning advice and managing projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experts across planning, design, engineering and environmental disciplines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients
• Supporting project delivery across a wide range of sectors
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Assisting with business development and client relationship management
• Contributing to planning appraisals, policy reviews and development strategies

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
• MRTPI qualification or working towards chartership
• Previous consultancy or local authority experience
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
