Role: Development Management Team Leader

Rate: £55-60 P/H

Contract Length: 9 Months

Office Attendence: Fully Remote

A local authority in England is seeking an experienced Development Management Team Leader to join on a fully remote basis. This is a 9-month contract offering £55–£60 per hour. You’ll be responsible for leading a DM team, overseeing a varied caseload of applications, and supporting performance and delivery within the service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing planning teams within a local authority setting and be comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
