The Role:
The Cornwall office is seeking an ambitious planner with a strong commercial approach. The successful Chartered Associate will manage a varied portfolio of projects and contribute significantly to business development. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the lead on major workstreams and build their professional profile across two regions offering diverse and rewarding planning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeal submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support wider business development.
- Represent clients at planning committees, hearings, and appeal proceedings.
Requirements:
- Chartered Planner / RTPI Member.
- Strong, broad planning experience.
- Commercial awareness of consultancy and development.
- Full driving licence (exceptions considered).
