Park Avenue works with South East Local Authorities to place contractors in Development Management, Planning Policy, and Enforcement roles. We support positions from junior officers through to senior and principal planners.
Our roles cover householder applications, complex minors, large residential schemes, and Local Plan delivery, giving you exposure to a wide variety of projects.
Contract lengths are usually 3–6 months, with rates from £40–60/hr, and hybrid/flexible working often available.
